Freight
Free shipping for total consumption of $800 or more.
If the total consumption is less than $800, a $40 courier fee will be charged.
The special area surcharge will apply to locations such as Tung Chung ($250), Ma Wan ($150), Discovery Bay ($500), and outlying islands ($500).
Delivery arrangement
Most of the goods in stock need to be delivered to the designated location within approximately 4 working days.
After receiving the customer's order, the staff will contact the customer as soon as possible and place the order before 18:00 for immediate delivery.
After confirming the delivery time, if the customer requests to change the delivery time one day before delivery or needs to reschedule delivery due to the customer's failure to receive the goods within the specified time, the customer must pay an administrative fee of $100.
Change delivery information
If the customer needs to change the delivery time, purchase additional goods, create a new sales order, or modify the original sales order, please confirm it three days before the original delivery date. Otherwise, the customer will need to pay an additional delivery fee.
Special circumstances
Delivery services do not include border restricted areas.
Delivery services are not applicable to locations where goods cannot be delivered through stairs and must be entered from terraces, boat houses, etc.
– The delivery service will be suspended in case of severe weather conditions, such as thunderstorm, No. 8 typhoon suspension or black rainstorm warning coming into effect, or vessel suspension, serious flooding or road blockage or closure due to weather impact. The delivery time will be arranged separately without additional charges.
If the customer confirms the order and fails to arrange for pick-up or delivery within three months, Xinjian has the right to handle the goods on its own without any compensation.
